Everyrun basics: adding an event.

To host an event on the Everyrun platform, first you must apply to become an organiser. Once your application has been approved, you can create your first event.

Before you get started, you will need the following information.

  • The event name & description

  • The event location (address)

  • A cover image for the event listing (recommended size 815 x 312)

  • Event conditions (is there an age limit? or maximum number of participants?)

You will also need to decide if this will be a one-time event or if it will be a regular event. If you want to charge people to attend, you will also need to set a price for event tickets.

To create a new event, login to the Everyrun website, go to Dashboard in the menu and click β€˜Add event’.
