The Everyrun Organiser app provides a free and simple way to record runner times and finishing positions.

The Everyrun Organiser app is available via the following links (or by searching the app store on each phone type)
On Google

How does it work?

The app has two modes. Timer and Scanner.

The two modes are used together. Here's how:

Timer

  • As the run starts, the person with the timer clicks start to begin the timer app

  • For each runner that finishes the timer clicks to record their time

  • At the end of the run, the timer clicks to end the timer/run

Scanner

Note: Runners collect a token as they cross the finish line and take this together with their QR code to the scanner

  • The person using the 'scanner' scans the runner's QR code and enters their race token number (this is their finishing position number)

  • The scanner adds (or scans) the QR codes of the event organisers/volunteers and allocates the correct role (director, timer etc)

  • Both the timer and the scanner send their files to the race organiser using the 'share' option.

Once the race organiser has the two files (one from the scanner and one from the timer) he/she combines them into one file and uploads the results to the Everyrun Website.
